St. Mary's College of Maryland Student Eleanor Pratt of Leonardtown inducted into Phi Beta Kappa

Eleanor Pratt of Leonardtown was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa's Zeta Chapter at St. Mary's College of Maryland on April 1, 2022. Phi Beta Kappa is the nation's oldest academic honor society, dating back to 1776. Election to membership is based on academic achievement in the liberal arts and sciences, breadth of intellectual interests and good moral character. Pratt is majoring in History at St. Mary's College and will graduate in 2023.
St. Mary's College of Maryland, the National Public Honors College, was designated the Maryland state honors college in 1992. It is ranked one of the best public liberal arts schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. More than 1,600 students attend the college, nestled on the St. Mary's River in Southern Maryland.
